A: Every month we send you a direct deposit to your account.

A: We collect the rent with different systems. Some tenants pay online, some send us the checks and some pay with a system called Pay Near me.

Q: How long of a lease do you sign?
A: Usually 12 months.

Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
A: Normally 1 month, but it can also be 1.5 months.

Q: How soon can you start managing my property?
A: As soon as we have a contract signed and we inspect your property.

A: We send monthly reports, but you have 24/7 access to the system to check all your properties.
