    A: No, but we work with Section 8.
  • Q: Are you licensed?

    A: Yes, we are Florida Brokers License and we are members of NARPM.
  • Q: Can I reach you after hours?

    A: Yes.
  • Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?

    A: Yes.
  • Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    A: Yes you can, but you don’t need it, we can sign for you as your property manager.
  • Q: Do you sell real estate too?

    A: Yes.
  • Q: How and when do I get my checks?

    A: Every month we send you a direct deposit to your account.
  • Q: How is rent collection handled?

    A: We collect the rent with different systems. Some tenants pay online, some send us the checks and some pay with a system called Pay Near me.
  • Q: How long of a lease do you sign?

    A: Usually 12 months.
  • Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    A: Normally 1 month, but it can also be 1.5 months.
  • Q: How soon can you start managing my property?

    A: As soon as we have a contract signed and we inspect your property.
  • Q: What type of properties do you manage?

    A: Single Family homes, Townhouses, Condos and Multifamily apartments.
  • Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?

    A: We send monthly reports, but you have 24/7 access to the system to check all your properties.
  • Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    A: The Landlord.
