    A: Yes, at the end of your lease after the move out inspection.
  • Q: Who needs a cosigner?

    A: Depends on your credit.
  • Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    A: Yes. Apply online.
  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    A: Online, Pay NearMe, Check, Mail, In person.
  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    A: It depends on the building if they allow pets. If they do, we require a pet deposit non-refundable.
  • Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    A: New lease is required.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: Make an appointment for the move out inspection.
  • Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    A: If it is $150 or under, the tenant must pay. If it is $150 or more, the owner will pay if the tenant didn’t break it.
